What is wrong with repairing or remodeling?
Nothing. Never suggested otherwise. However, spending $350,000 or more on a new stand-alone bath facility slapped in front of the existing Beach Club is not repair or remodel in my opinion. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't understand that logic. What is wrong with repairing or remodeling? I assume you maintain your own home and don't let it disintegrate to the point that you feel it would make sense to rebuild it. Why doesn't OP maintain its facilities instead of letting them rot away? Is any scheduled maintenance work being done to the community center or is that going to go the same way as most of the other buildings? |
