In AACo at my primary residence, my quarterly water and sewer is $60-70 it was significantly less in previous years but rates and add on fees/taxes raised the quarterly cost.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I would like to hear what other folks think?
Question: Do the owners of undeveloped lots in OP have to pay the quarterly $187.00 for water and sewer? Is this a per lot charge regardless of having a dwelling on the lot? When we are not using water at our home in Florida there is still a monthly charge of $15 for infrastructure maintenance on the lines etc., so that would translate to $45 per quarter. A significant difference compared to the $187 per quarter we pay here. I am not complaining. We knew up front, before we purchased our home, that there would be a minimum charge for water and sewer. As I recall, it was somewhere in the vicinity of $150 in 2001, when we purchased. |
