I think you are missing the point. It's like my auto's operating expense is mainly the gas I put in. It doesn't include the cost of the car, the insurance, repairs, etc. It isn't a true picture of what the auto costs you. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You can shout all you want. What you can't change is the amount of approximately $64 per property owner that was our operational loss at the golf course. That amounts to approximately $5.35 per month for each property in OP. |
