Does OPA own any golf course lots at this time that could be converted to access ways for the membership if the Golf Course was turned to open community space?
Not to my knowledge. However, I'm not so sure I'd support such use. There are a number of places where roads cross the golf course. These should be examined. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It is about making the area accessible and useable to a far greater percentage of association members, and providing an open space amenity that would increase property values and make the community much more desirable to a greater percentage of potential home purchasers. Does OPA own any golf course lots at this time that could be converted to access ways for the membership if the Golf Course was turned to open community space? |
