I beg to differ with you. The Maryland Dept. of Assessments values golf course lots at a higher value than inland or wooded. As a mater of fact the value is about 38% higher. All you need do is research the odd and even number houses on Windjamer.
I can find no increase in value any where of a lot backing up to a park or open space verses a lot that does not back up tp open space. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What facts do you have that prove open space increases property values? My opinion. Just as it is no more than opinion that OPA's use of the land as a golf course increases property value. The only substantive value differentiation in OPA with regard to lot values is waterfront versus non-waterfront. |
