could you or someone else maybe give directions and or the address of Nanci's house so maybe some of us could visit the park.

I would love to go to the park but have no clue how to access it without signs.

I really don't know how to get to the park today.  I only saw it once from my friends home  (and she does not live there anymore) and I did not go on the path, which was not really an open path.  You can see the park on the big OP street map but it shows no easements.

Joe probably has old materials that might show where the several access areas are.  I have only lived here 9 + years.  LOL  Also maybe some of the Kayakers may be of help.  Sounds like they either now or in the past have used it as a kayak launch site.

Sounds like the footwork has been done in history,  and the signage could be reinstalled by OP.
Also, since these access points are probably between house, the current owners may not even know of the easements if the property has been sold recently.  I would not presume to start walking on someone's yard trying to find the easement.  It probably is all landscaped by the homeowners  I may be wrong about this but  I am not gong to go on someone's  property without permission.

If this is followed up, I am sure the  homeowners adjoining the easements should be notified by OPA before folks start going to find the park across "their yards".
