If you look into the situation, I think you will find the board is complicit in not enforcing erection of the signs and access.
Explain how the board is complicit. The board passed a motion years ago. The signs required by the motion were put in place and the easements opened. The signs are now gone. Are you saying the board allowed the signs to be removed? My guess is the current board knows nothing about any of this. While you say, "the board is complicit in not enforcing erection of the signs," I have photos of the signs right after they were erected. As to my suggestions, obviously some were in jest and if you didn't like the others come up with better suggestions rather than criticize. Perhaps you could provide an interpretation as to what were in jest and what were serious. However, I don't think I criticized any specific suggestion you made. |

I know only the details mentioned on the Forum but I've gotten a brief heads up that the situation may be getting to be a Kerfuffle. As to my suggestions, obviously some were in jest and if you didn't like the others come up with better suggestions rather than criticize. |
