It seems you and I are in general agreement on this one.
Not only did it look like an attempt to embarrass the board, but also an on-the-record comment so that if Landscapes Unlimited fails, then Thompson can say, "I told you so." This adversarial relationship between Thompson and the board majority is bad for the association. Thompson needs to stop it. The board was elected; Thompson serves at the pleasure of the board. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Agree that the time to ask whatever questions he had, and after watching the video I am still not sure what his question was, would have before any vote was taken. The issue with due diligence may be valid but why wait till after a vote, after a decision. Seems like the intent was more an effort to embarrass the board. I also take exception to the GM calling members "my members". They are our members, the associations. On another matter I saw large piles of corn being fed to the geese around the north pond yesterday. |
