Jack, Concur with the first part. However, there are probably more owners who know about it than you think. They know about it and care about it but realize that there are things that you must accept , such as how things are done in OPA land. In fact , the clanking of the can being kicked down the road can be heard all the way up here in southern Pa.. Larry |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I actually believe that there should be a partnership between the board and the GM in order to make progress. I think the crap going on now is not healthy. And as you know it is easier to replace one than seven and that is fine as well. I agree. I have questioned what I see as the dysfunction between the Board members themselves as well as the GM and certain members of the Board and was told that I was not seeing the picture correctly. Unfortunately it is the property owners who suffer the most although I doubt if most of them even know it. |
