I have questioned what I see as the dysfunction between the Board members themselves as well as the GM and certain members of the Board and was told that I was not seeing the picture correctly.
Jack, there will always be a level of dysfunction between board members. Always. As history shows with great clarity. The dysfunction between the board and the GM is what is new, troubling, and potentially harmful for property owners. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I actually believe that there should be a partnership between the board and the GM in order to make progress. I think the crap going on now is not healthy. And as you know it is easier to replace one than seven and that is fine as well. I agree. I have questioned what I see as the dysfunction between the Board members themselves as well as the GM and certain members of the Board and was told that I was not seeing the picture correctly. Unfortunately it is the property owners who suffer the most although I doubt if most of them even know it. |
