i was, and still am, somewhat afraid pf a frying pan to fire scenario. However, after the decision was made I decided the best approach was to be supportive. I also thought LU presentation was very good.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Of course all that due diligence Thompson referenced with Casper really worked out. They came in, fired most people, ruined many greens and lost over $1million dollars with perhaps $200,000 more this year. Yeah that really worked out so well that Thompson is worried we didn't do it all over again in the same manner. If Casper did all that why did you want to retain them for at least another year? As you have stated, you stood up and advised the board that Casper should, in your opinion, be allowed to have another year added to their contract.
