| It's a blend of modern and traditional designed to blend into the neighborhood. The architects who designed this do mostly upscale projects (Philadelphia Athletic Club for example) but were available to CA at a reasonable price because of the golf recession. Repeating the themes of my posts, smart management at CA found them and negotiated a good deal. Think the current OP management could do the same? | ||||||
