The Board should immediately terminate the GM and then the Board members should resign in mass since both the GM and the Board are incompetent.
That would be interesting, to say the least. So... right after the board fires the GM and all board members resign, what do you suggest happen next? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am new to this forum and I am dismayed by what I have been reading on a number of the forum boards. The latest revelation that the GM does not support the Boards decision on the management of the golf course is incredible. The Board should immediately terminate the GM and then the Board members should resign in mass since both the GM and the Board are incompetent. |
