Valid point but begs the question of proper governance. The simple fact that there would be no provision in the by - laws to accommodate such an occurrence supports my contention of incompetent management.
While I admire the good intentions of the Board and their willingness to serve the days of paying for intentions versus performance have long passed. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Would respectfuly suggest the Association hire professional management to run a multi - million dollar association. After all the board members resigned, as you suggest, who would hire the professional management? |
