Doubtful. I think he was just setting up a scenario so that if things don't go well he could say it was not his fault. Your guess is as good as mine. Regardless of his reasoning, it was stupid. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It took a lot than this to get rid of the GM in 1998/9. But it could be headed down the same path? From what I have read the current GM seems to have a lot more sense that that one. It is not his position to take sides, only to provide his opinion and and carry out the wishes of the majority of the board. What did he expect??
