There is a five minute video somewhere in the forum library regarding the swimming pool fiasco. This video pretty much clears up any misunderstandings with regard to the GM's magical control over a couple of directors, who I affectionately call the "head bobbers". Watch their heads bobbing up and down in approval of Bob nonsensical explanation about the winterization of our pools. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Sorry…did mean to get you riled up……so would this be a bad time to ask if the same architect that designed the pool enclosure designed the YC? P.S. Mr. Clarke: You are a member of the BOD and based on my review of your various postings you at least seem to have the best interests of the Pines at heart. I’m not trying to play cute but is there anyway you could share your sentiments on the above actions enumerated by Joe regarding the YC? It would also be helpful to understand why, if such a public record exists, that accountability seems to be lacking. I know you are only one vote however an understanding of the thoughts of the other BOD members would be helpful in developing and advocating for a possible solution. Once again, to be clear, my inquiry has no other intent than to better understand the facts and circumstances...not I got yah! Thank You! |
