Well said Joe. I do teach at a Tier 1 institution and can categorically state that Salisbury is a class Tier 2 institution. They are part of the Maryland State wide system with world class professors and subject matter expertise. frankly speaking, Maryland has one of the better state wide systems.
One can debate the merits of the study and the proposed methodology however to castigate the entire system is unproductive. Once you personalize you’re in a ten foot hole with a five foot latter…you’re not coming out. The broader question is WHY such a study is needed when, as you appropriately pointed out, the primary constituents, the homeowners, should be the primary source of input. Once again, I respectfully suggest the BOD is out of their element and what is need is some professional management company to take the reins of the day-to-day activities of OP. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The reason they teach at Salisbury and not say The University of Maryland or John Hopkins is their credentials are not strong enough to make the cut. So, you condemn the entire teaching staff to mediocrity right off the top of your head. You do keep me surprised.... on a regular basis. |
