Seems they "picked and chose" their sources, surveys and studies favoring their positions, and avoided sources which differ from their predetermined views.
Your comment above makes it sound like there was some semblance of an attempt at a actual study. It wasn't. Heather Cook & Company simply went to the pools and asked people using the pools if they would like to have an indoor pool. Duh. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: . . a qualified third party for advice. . . could even have consulted already published stories on the fiscal viability of other covered community pools.
