For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How many "studies" can you recall that were contracted for by OP in the past that were essentially "shelved", resulting in little or no actions taken by the BOD?? I can't provide a down-in-the-weeds count, but a 30,000-foot view is All. I seem to recall one study where "outside experts" were hired to look at drainage and water accumulations in OP. Among the things they recommended were some sort of holes or dry wells or gravel filled pits would be dug, for the purpose of absorbing excessive rainwater. Nothing was ever done, if I recall correctly. I have never heard of what you describe. Dig any hole around here and you don't need rainwater to fill it. |
