Thank you for your service Bob. Priority 1 is a veteran that is 50 percent service connected and receives government paid healthcare regardless of income. I never refer to it as free as it is taxpayer funded. I have helped a number of Vietnam Veterans apply for benefits that were initially denied and got them what they are entitled to and increased their disability compensation, care, and benefits they earned and deserved.
I encourage any Veteran to apply with the help of a VSO, (Veterans Service Officer), VFW, American Legion, Amvets, as well as the State can help the Veteran. IMO, the VA does a good job with Benefits. |
