In my opinion Marty was the only board member with a lick of common sense. He knew the numbers, he understood the things that needed to be done and their priority, he knows the HOA rules and our rules and regulations and most importantly when something needed attention he acted to get the issue resolved.
So, let's not debate your opinion of Marty. However, Marty (or any other board member) without at least three other board members agreeing with whatever he would want to do can accomplish or resolve nothing. As for the baseball bat, I have no idea why you would include that comment. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In my opinion Marty was the only board member with a lick of common sense. Not everybody agreed with him on every issue but at least people knew where he stood on the issues, we need more of his honesty! |
