In my opinion Marty was the only board member with a lick of common sense. He knew the numbers, he understood the things that needed to be done and their priority, he knows the HOA rules and our rules and regulations and most importantly when something needed attention he acted to get the issue resolved.
Not everybody agreed with him on every issue but at least people knew where he stood on the issues, we need more of his honesty! |
