Fair point but let's say 2015 was a break even year at 10,000 rounds (for argument sake...if costs go up 4% then either your rounds have to increase by 4% or the price per round goes up 4%...point is rounds are a key metric and I don't ever hear anything about it | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: the key is number of rounds...I don't care where they are coming from as long as they are increasing One might also think what people pay for a round is important as well. Surely, to exaggerate, there is a difference at the bottom line between 1 cent a round and $50 a round. In 2014 the cost of sales plus depreciation was about $2 million for our golf operation. Do the math to figure out how many rounds are needed at some per round cost to cover the cost. In terms of rounds, the max possible number is somewhat finite. What is the maximum number of rounds that can possibly be played per year given normal weather conditions. |
