Association members have no choice but to pay their assessment. That does not mean that association members cannot have an opinion about changes to existing amenities, closing amenities, or adding new ones. After all, OPA did dump the horse stable amenity. In my view, the golf course is about as viable as the horse stables at this point. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, No nonsense from me. I was just trying to stop it before it started again. I have owed property in OP for 33 years now. I also currently own 2 homes here. My assessment dollars have been paying for all the amenity for a long time and I am fine with supporting all of them.
