Look, I love my country. That does not mean that I have to run for public office in order to express an opinion . The nonsense that people who don't run for election should not express concerns is just that, nonsense. Anyone who thinks the OPA corporation will be "squared away" in one or two weeks, or one or two decades, is whistling Dixie ... or is that politically incorrect these days. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hummmm. Yes. You convinced me. You too should run for the board. Such logic and obvious ability to intelligently debate issues mark the qualities we need in board members. Tongue in cheek, no different then pet cemetery's, dog parks, etc. As far as running for the board, I don't have a complaint about living here . The qualities that we need IMO. is people being civil when they write about the BOD and ridiculing of the GM.That really helps instead of being part of the solution, all some people want to do is poke the Directors in the eye 'That just isn't right. If you ran and got elected Joe, I am sure you would have everything squared away in a week, maybe two. |
