Quite frankly for all the reasons you have pointed out in regard to golfs decline...any course that breaks even is being managed well
If the OPA golf course broke even on operations costs and also made enough to also cover the $450,000 or so yearly depreciation costs added to assessments, I'd happily support the amenity.
