| Was there a committee to build the YC that sought volunteers ? I know that there were several people that acted as an advisory group to the GM but that was by request as I remember. If there was any effort of outreach to the OP community for thoughts, constructive ideas, criticism or labor, I missed the call. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Does that extend to running for President of United States if one is unhappy with the current president? Those who vote are trying to be a part of the solution. It does not require running for office... . in OPA or elsewhere Answerer to your first question is no. You are actually comparing running for president with volunteering to be elected to the BOD, that is a stretch. Reply to your second statement is I never cited those that vote but those that insult the BOD and GM, or the people that volunteer their time and talents to serve on committee's such as building the YC . That is just not right. Let those that do that run for office and see if they can do better instead of sitting on the sidelines throwing darts |
