Referring to your reference to closing, in jest, all so called amenities I have a better idea for them. Make them money makers by charging exhorborant fee for non OP owners, the public. Why not?
First of all, it was not my idea to close all amenities, in jest or otherwise. Secondly, what makes any reasonable person think the general public will pay exorbitant fees to use OPA amenities? A more likely result of exorbitant fees is reduced sales and increased losses. |
