Answerer to your first question is no. You are actually comparing running for president with volunteering to be elected to the BOD, that is a stretch.
OK. So, when you have the time please put together a list of things folks can complain about without having to run for election. Thanks. Or does this requirement only apply to HOA boards? That is just not right. Let those that do that run for office and see if they can do better instead of sitting on the sidelines throwing darts Maybe, just maybe, those who pay the bills for everything in OPA (association members) have some right to express an opinion on how their money is spent without running for the board of directors. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Does that extend to running for President of United States if one is unhappy with the current president? Those who vote are trying to be a part of the solution. It does not require running for office... . in OPA or elsewhere Answerer to your first question is no. Reply to your second statement is I never cited those that vote but those that insult the BOD and GM, or the people that volunteer their time and talents to serve on committee's such as building the YC .
