Once you get on the board, how about pushing for a referendum on the golf course.
Let's ask all 8440 association members to vote on keeping it open or turning into a park. Now that seems like a democratic and common sense approach. Much better than allowing any seven board members make such a decision. I can live with a vote of the membership. Can you? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks Bill. I am considering running for the board now that I have retired. With 3 positions opening I think it is time for common sense and someone who will try to make decision based on what is good for the whole community and not for your individual agenda. Larry |
