| As I remember it, there were three "concepts". A rehab of the existing building (championed primarily by Marty Clarke to much ridicule), a moderately expanded YC and the colossus we now have. I admit to being an outside observer but I don't remember the GM ever saying we needed something smaller than what was finally proposed. On the contrary, I think that he was the prime mover which is why he continually buried or downplayed the bad news as it arose. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I wonder if he thinking of the concept Bill Rakow had when he was on the Board. If I remember right the concepts at that time were for a lot smaller operations. |
