That's why it's packed on nights we have music outside. Just like many of the folks who attend the music or movie nights at Whitehorse Park and bring eats or drinks and sit in their own folding chair.
What you overlook is that music or movie nights at Whitehorse Park are intended to be relatively inexpensive free social events for association members. Our $5 million Yacht Club is supposed to be a restaurant and catering BUSINESS. However, I have noticed some folks who bring their own food and drink to the YC in coolers, pull up a few plastic chairs and enjoy the evening. One group even set up a grill to cook hamburgers. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes. Eat standing or sitting on a plastic chair and no table. Yes, many do, and they seem to enjoy the experience.
