I heard the same. Since that is supposed to have come from the GM, I would want corroboration before accepting it as fact. Also note that no outside service bar was ever built even though the board approved one. Thompson comes up with all these ideas and they never pan out. The YC is too big and without enough parking to satisfy what Thompson wants to do. So, he keeps trying to get around things, and this food truck is just the latest example.

The core problem is we spent $5 million on a facility that was not properly thought out and not properly designed to do what we all hoped it would do.
