Does the swim membership for anyone include swimming at the beach pool? Perhaps the beach pool is not retro to OP pools, I don't know.

Yes, because of the IRS issue, we sell pool passes to outsiders AFTER OP property owners have had plenty of opportunity to get there passes for the season.

I doubt that we sell that many to outsiders.

Parking and  Beach Pool passes come with the weekly rentals and stay with the house of course. They are purchased by property owners and are perfectly legal. The property owner will use them when the house is not rented, so they do not ADD extra congestion. The family that owns them is legitimate.

The Beach Club pool was the first pool built. It was there when we came to look at property in the spring of 1969. We swam in it that summer.

The Swim and Racquet Club was finished and the pool was under construction and opened in 1970.

 That is our best pool in my humble opinion. Boise Cascade put a snack bar over there with good food,  there is an inside gathering place with tables, etc. ...not to mention the gazebo,  little beach, and a place to put a kayak in the water.

I doubt that many homeowners in OP will drive over to the Ocean City... in traffic... to go swimming. It is all about the BEACH!
