| The beauty of our programs from swim lessons to birthday parties and exercise classes, etc, is we take addresses so we get a good idea on those visiting us and where they are coming from. Many are from the pines, but many are from Selbyville, Bishopville, Salisbury, Berlin, Ocean City, Millsboro etc. We provide service to 6 summer camps with only one being in the Pines. We take daily recordings at all pools on everyone who walks through the door, all of which should be asked if paying daily rate if they are resident or not. Since we get monthly reports on memberships we can determine who is a resident and who is not. We keep statistics on most everything which is how my team knows what's working and what isn't. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If Colby Phillips tells me that they don't know who is using the pools then I will believe it. Otherwise, like most things here on the forum, it is just an opinion. |
