I hear you. I really do appreciate the efforts of Dave, Jack and you on the behalf of our membership, unfortunately, as a member of the board you are stuck with the final vote. I know, been there, done that.

What can I do to help? I attended the meeting and tried to make the point that this fiasco would not have gotten a second on February 7, 2015, had the real cost been presented. However, as long as there are four votes on the board who favor the "vision" of bigger is better we are doomed.
