inside removes the problem of the wind affecting the game but I personally prefer outside play. Up in Del we have refurbished the underused tennis courts at the JC Clayton school & they are great to play on as long as the temperature is 50 or above & not too much wind.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Neil Just some info for you. I taught H.S. Physical education in Md. I taught pickelball over 25 years ago, we first tried it outside not to good, we had wind screens on the tennis courts. Had courts on the gym floor, much better. I'll say this the students really enjoyed the game. Again much better inside. john |
