This is nothing more than the General Manager's attempt at getting the proverbial "camel's nose under the tent". The question is, or should be, would the board approve 4 pickle ball courts and 2 paddle ball courts for $748,000? If not, then the motion should be to rescind the approval of February 7, 2015, and fix the playground where it is.
