Tom, surely you realize the Terry forces are not giving up the master plan for Manklin, even if some things in your motion even happen in the short term. 

The $150,000 passed in the Terry motion is only needed to support eventual completion of the master plan. Terry even states as much when he said the work  in his motion will allow some future board to complete the master plan.

In the event the board decides to actually adopt what you propose, the $150,000 is money down a sewer. Terry knows that; Thompson knows that. What is needed is a new board majority voting to dump the master plan. Unfortunately if it happens it will come after the election and the $150,000 will already be down the sewer.
