"making a motion to direct the GM to act on the report and maintaining oversight to insure compliance" If you believe the board of directors needs to "make a motion" in order to get the GM to conduct normal maintenance on a playground then we are in much worse shape than I thought. Now that I think about it, you might be right. "Bringing it to light now is useless" The intention was only to address the concerns that the playground did not need to be moved. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, If I'm not mistaken, you were a member of the Board at the time of that safety report. I don't recall you or any other director reading the report into the public record at a board meeting, making a motion to direct the GM to act on the report and maintaining oversight to insure compliance with the board's directive.
