Marty,
I was trying to point out that were are in worse shape! We have a GM who has proven over time that he cannot be relied upon accomplish even the most obvious maintenance tasks therefore micromanagement or dismissal are the only options. The playground does not need in order to repair and improve its function. It should not be move without board approval of the total Manklin Complex plan; all $750,000 of it. Bill Z |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill: "making a motion to direct the GM to act on the report and maintaining oversight to insure compliance" If you believe the board of directors needs to "make a motion" in order to get the GM to conduct normal maintenance on a playground then we are in much worse shape than I thought. Now that I think about it, you might be right. "Bringing it to light now is useless" The intention was only to address the concerns that the playground did not need to be moved. Marty |
