We have a GM who has proven over time that he cannot be relied upon accomplish even the most obvious maintenance tasks therefore micromanagement or dismissal are the only options.
Well, the board has been controlled by Tom Terry for six years (minus a few months) and the goal is to replace, not repair. It is unspoken, unwritten but official policy. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, I was trying to point out that were are in worse shape! We have a GM who has proven over time that he cannot be relied upon accomplish even the most obvious maintenance tasks therefore micromanagement or dismissal are the only options. The playground does not need in order to repair and improve its function. It should not be move without board approval of the total Manklin Complex plan; all $750,000 of it. Bill Z |
