Indeed. To your point about how one measures income... your opinion (and mine) do not count. The IRS will look at how OPA records it in their books and records... especially if it is to their advantage. OPA's audited reports indicate big losses on most all business amenities, much higher than the "operational" losses OPA tells members about. |
