Next time you ride up Ocean Parkway, take a look at the pumping station building at the corner of Clubhouse and Ocean Parkway. OP cut the bushes and did work on the pumping station because of smell coming from it. But left this horrible eye sore for all to see.
OPA has no control of that pump station. It is owned by Worcester County and the county is in th process of rebuilding whatever is there. The work is not yet complete. Any complaints should be directed to the county. Having said that, OPA could at least keep association members informed as to what is going on in the eBlasts and quarterly newsletters. |

How would you like to live near it. That green house in corner used to be mine. So glad I moved. It's embrassing to see that mess on the parkway. It looks like a dump property building. It has junk dumped in the fence because you can see through the boards. Wake up OP and fix this mess. |
