| ,This is disgraceful, vindictive and provides further support fo the devisiveness King Hill has created over the last year in his position as IGM. His heavy handed, self serving implementation of his conspicuous personal agenda to alter the very nature of the Pines and the unwillingness of other board members to reign him in as an interim GM and speed up the process of hiring an independent GM who can't vote on there own agenda is disgusting and should concern all reasonable, clear thinking residents. A book could be written about King Hills motives and actions that support his personal agenda but one that remains as the core motivator for his reign is his conflict of interest in regard to the pending RFP gor fiber optic infrastructure in the Pines. He, his company and any associated bidders should be disqualified from bidding. The wrong person is the target of this removal effort and any board member that supports the effort to remove Mr Trendic should be ashamed of themselves and resign. They are part of the problem. Thanks to Slobodan and Cheryl for trying to bring accountability, visibility and reasoned responsible decisions to this dysfunctional bunch....Ill be there on the 20th to support the defeat of this rediculius motion brought by the epitome of the type of board member that should be removed. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Linda, Thank you. I am only trying to do the right thing which is why I believe people voted for me. For the record 4 days ago I emailed Director Herrick requesting special meeting be called. I told him I intend to put forth a motion calling for comprehensive forensic financial audit. He never acknowledge my message. On the same day I requested that Brett Hill discloses to the Board his business / personal relations with certain firms. I acted on a tip from a source on a possible conflict of interest which had in interesting discovery. Today Director Herrick displays his leadership by calling for my removal. Slobodan |
