For the record 4 days ago I emailed Director Herrick requesting special meeting be called. I told him I intend to put forth a motion calling for comprehensive forensic financial audit. He never acknowledge my message.
On the same day I requested that Brett Hill discloses to the Board his business / personal relations with certain firms. I acted on a tip from a source on a possible conflict of interest which had in interesting discovery. I voted for you, but doubt that is the whole story. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Linda, Thank you. I am only trying to do the right thing which is why I believe people voted for me.
