For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Explain? The bylaws provide for removal of a director by a vote of five board members for cause. In my opinion, a GM bringing charges against a board member along with four other board members who politically supported the GM against a board member who did not support the GM politically was OUTRAGEOUS. All at a cost to association members of $11,000. Let me explain the GM's charge. He charged that that Director Clark wrote publicly that the GM did not notify association members quickly enough about a hurricane warning and county/state directions to evacuate parts of Ocean Pines. Clarke was correct. If you need further clarification, let me know. |
