Slobo, hang in there, this is bull.... of the first magnitude. If people don't like what you are saying then they can vote you out when your term is up. Do you have a legal defense fund where I can send a check?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Linda, Thank you. I am only trying to do the right thing which is why I believe people voted for me. For the record 4 days ago I emailed Director Herrick requesting special meeting be called. I told him I intend to put forth a motion calling for comprehensive forensic financial audit. He never acknowledge my message. On the same day I requested that Brett Hill discloses to the Board his business / personal relations with certain firms. I acted on a tip from a source on a possible conflict of interest which had in interesting discovery. Today Director Herrick displays his leadership by calling for my removal. Slobodan |
