in the case at hand, do you think brett should have a vote on this considering his conduct seems to have been the center of trendics inquiries.

another question is can an unpaid volunteer - - even one acting as gm - - fire employees?  a dangerous precedent has been set: a board majority fires the paid and accountable gm and replaces him/her with a handpicked board member who rather than keeping things on an even keel until a gm is hired, initiates major changes to the community above and beyond the scope of an unaccountable volunteer.

(I say "unaccountable" because what does a volunteer have to loose?  No salary, no benefits, no worry about recommendations for future jobs.  I say "beyond the scope" because overseeing the resignation and termination of so many employees by a volunteer board member hasn't happened before as far as I can remember)

either trendic is guilty of some egregious conduct or he is too close to the truth.  only time will tell. 

the community enthusiastically supported these guys but most now have buyers regret.
