Jack, breaks were not put in place, in the work force, or job site, so employees could take them and combine them for a longer lunch period. They are not even entitled to the second break until after lunch, and after they work the required time first.
I think most of us that have been in business are aware that is the case. Why it was happening in OPA is anyone's guess. I could , however, see it happening occasionally in individual circumstances with managements OK. |
